Terrassa, 4 November 2026 – CIRSA, a leading multinational gaming and leisure group and Spain’s leading company in the sector, recorded operating revenue of €628 million and operating profit of €195 million in the third quarter of 2026.

During the third quarter of 2026, the company maintained a strong pace of growth, supported by the resilience of its operations, disciplined execution and contributions from businesses acquired in recent months. This resulted in a 12% increase in operating revenue and a 6.8% rise in operating profit compared with the same period in 2025. Adjusted operating profit, excluding expenses related to the proposed merger with Lottomatica, reached €203 million, representing growth of 11.1%.

Over the first nine months of the year, the company increased revenue by 10% and operating profit by 7.8%. The quarter’s performance reflects balanced growth across CIRSA’s markets and channels, against a backdrop of significant macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty. Selective investments aimed at strengthening the omnichannel offering, improving efficiency and generating additional inorganic growth have contributed positively to the Group’s overall performance.

Last week, the company announced that it had called an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in Terrassa on 30 November, with the aim of advancing the proposed merger with Lottomatica.
